Sensitivity Test to Various Anti Biotics of the Staphylococcus Aurens Strain Isolated from Hordeolum

Abstract
|
|
|
Sensitivity test with paper disk method of Author´s own device of 100 staphylococces aureus strain isolated from 100 hordeolum patients to penicillin, Dihydrostreptomycin, chloromycetine , Terramycin, and Aureomycin has revealed that:
1. To penifillin, (Tab. 1) the resistance of strain is 88% in low coricentration, 80% in moderate, and 40% in high.
2. Dihfdrostreptomycin test is resistant 54% in low and 8% in moderate Concentration, while is sensitive 100% in high concentration.
3. Chloromycetine Terramrcin, and Aureomycin is 100% sensitive in both low and high concentration.
4. In penicillin test, resistance and relative resistance is 40%, relative sensitivity 8%, and strongest sensitivity 12% .
5. Dihydrostreptomycin test has no resistance, and relative sensitivity is8%, while relative and strongest sensitivity is 46%.
6. Chloromycetine, Terramycin, and Aureomycin shows no resistance to a 11 strains.
